The Spex Head Support Pad range has recently been updated in design, and the newest versions are now constructed from an aluminium shell covered by an injection moulded polyurethane foam to ensure a smooth and comfortable support surface.
The family of head support shapes have been geometrically and biomechanically updated to give greater support and stability for head positioning for wheelchair users.
With the update, the head pads have also been given new names to accurately reflect the pad usage, and some dimensions have also been updated referencing biomechanic data to give a better fit to the head.
